...A statement concerning The Trempealeau River at Arcadia...

Forecast rainfall and melting snow, combined with ground that may be
saturated or frozen, are expected to cause rises on area rivers, streams,
and creeks. However, no flooding is expected at this time.

Trempealeau River at Arcadia...The stage this morning was  4.28 feet.
Flood stage is 8.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach  7.0 feet
Tuesday evening, which is below flood stage.
