Brazos River near Rosharon affecting Brazoria and Fort Bend Counties. Trinity River at Liberty affecting Liberty County. Trinity River near Moss Bluff affecting Liberty and Chambers Counties. Brazos River at Richmond affecting Fort Bend County. For the Trinity River...including Riverside, Liberty, Moss Bluff... Major flooding is forecast. For the Brazos River...including US 59, Sugar Land, TX, Richmond, Rosharon...Minor flooding is forecast. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
