...Periods of Freezing Rain Monday Morning Through Tuesday.
Hazardous Travel Expected at Times...

.Difficult to hazardous travel is expected at times Monday into
Tuesday. A storm system will will bring light freezing rain to
the area on Monday. Ice accumulation through 6 PM Monday will
range from a glaze to two tenths of an inch. The freezing rain
will lighten briefly Monday evening then another round of steadier
freezing rain is expected Monday night into Tuesday morning and
this is when heavier icing may occur. Additional ice accumulation
of one tenth to one quarter inch are possible during this
timeframe. The heaviest icing looks to occur over central
Wisconsin.

The greatest impacts from ice accumulation are possible
Monday night into Tuesday morning as temperatures cool into the
upper 20s at many locations.

THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Significant icing possible. Total ice accumulations of
  two tenths to one quarter of an inch are possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Wisconsin and northeast Iowa.

* WHEN...From Monday evening through Tuesday afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some power outages and tree damage are
  possible due to the ice. Travel could be dangerous and nearly
  impossible, including during the morning commute on Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

There is potential for significant ice accumulations that may
impact travel. Continue to monitor the latest forecasts.
