STORM WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH
THURSDAY MORNING.

* LOCATIONS...PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA TO THE WESTERN
  CATSKILLS OF NEW YORK.

* HAZARDS...HEAVY SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...POTENTIAL FOR 7 OR MORE INCHES. BEST CHANCE FOR
  7 INCHES OR MORE WILL BE AT HIGHER ELEVATIONS. AMOUNTS IN THE
  VALLEY CITIES INCLUDING WILKES-BARRE AND SCRANTON PENNSYLVANIA
  WILL BE A BIT LOWER.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL SPREAD NORTH FROM NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA TO
  THE WESTERN CATSKILLS WEDNESDAY MORNING. HEAVIEST SNOW WILL BE
  WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON INTO THE EVENING. THE STORM WILL BE OVER BY
  DAYBREAK ON THANKSGIVING.

* TEMPERATURES...UPPER 20S TO LOW 30S.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST TO NORTHWEST LESS THAN 10 MPH.
