* WHAT: Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6
  inches, with localized amounts up to 12 inches, expected in the
  warning area. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 3 inches are
  expected in the advisory area.

* WHERE: The Warning area includes Toketee Falls, Highway 138
  east of Steamboat, and elevations above roughly 2000 feet. The
  advisory area includes all other locations within the Eastern
  Douglas County Foothills.

* WHEN: 10 PM Friday to 4 PM PST Saturday. The heaviest snow
  amounts are expected between 4 and 10 AM PST.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Plan on slippery, snow covered roads and
  difficult travel conditions. Be prepared for significant
  reductions in visibility at times.

The National Weather Service in Medford has issued a Freeze
Warning...which is in effect from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM PST
Friday. The Freeze Watch has been upgraded.

* Temperature: Overnight lows of 28 to 32 degrees are expected
  tonight into Friday morning.

* Locations include: Nearly all of the immediate Southern Oregon
  coast, including Reedsport, Coos Bay, North Bend, Bandon,
  Langlois, Gold Beach, and Brookings.

* Impacts: Plants sensitive to freezing conditions will be
  damaged or killed if left unprotected.
