553 MODERATE FLOOD STAGE. THERE IS FLOODING DOWNSTREAM BETWEEN THE DAM AND ROME.
552.5 TWO AND A HALF FEET OF WATER ARE SPILLING OVER AND THE RIVER BEGINS TO OVERFLOW ITS BANKS DOWNSTREAM.
552 TWO FEET OF WATER ARE SPILLING OVER AND THERE IS MINOR FLOODING OF LOWLANDS BELOW LAKE DELTA.
551.5 MINOR FLOOD STAGE. DURING THE NAVIGATION SEASON THE ERIE CANAL MAY CLOSE DUE TO HIGH WATER.
551 A FOOT OF WATER IS SPILLING OVER THE DELTA DAM SPILLWAY.
550.5 SIX INCHES OF WATER ARE SPILLING OVER.
550 WATER IS LEVEL WITH THE SPILLWAY. WHEN THE LAKE RISES ABOVE THIS LEVEL THE GATES ARE USUALLY CLOSED.
