385.3 FLOODING IS LIKELY ALONG THE SOUTH END OF THE LAKE IMPACTING PARKS SUCH AS STEWART PARK AND ALLAN H TREMAN STATE PARK. MORE OF ROUTE 13 IN THE SOUTHWESTERN DISTRICT WILL BE IMPACTED INCLUDING ISOLATING THE TITUS TOWERS AREA (SENIOR HOUSING). ABOUT 15 HOUSES NEAR THE LAKESHORE IN THE ULYSSES-TRUMANSBURG AREA AND THE LANSING AREA WILL FLOOD.
385 SOUTH END OF THE LAKE...FLOODING IS LIKELY ALONG LOW LYING STREETS AND PARKING LOTS NEAR THE SHORE. THIS INCLUDES...MYERS POINT LOCATED IN LANSING INCLUDING THE AREA NEAR LAGODA PARK DRIVE. IN THE TOWN OF ULYSSES ALONG TAUGHANNOCK BLVD. IN ADDITION TO FLOODING FROM THE LAKE ITSELF...THE HIGH WATER LEVEL OF THE LAKE WILL LIKELY CAUSE WATER TO BACK UP INTO SIXMILE CREEK. FLOODING IS LIKELY IN LOW LYING AREAS IN THE SOUTHWEST BUSINESS DISTRICT ALONG ROUTE 13 NEAR WEGMANS AND K-MART ALONG WITH TITUS FLATS.
