12.5 This is a major, life threatening flood. There is extensive inundation of houses and severe damage to Highway 34 in Big Thompson Canyon.

9 A number of private bridges crossing the Big Thompson River flood.
8.5 Water floods several houses west of Marianna Butte. Sylvan Dale Ranch near Cedar Cove is flooded.
