15 Major Flood Stage. The Swannanoa River is approaching I-40 and has inundated The Oaks Trail steel foot bridge. Significant flooding of the nearby Ingles shopping center parking lot is likely.
12 Moderate Flood Stage. The Swannanoa River is approaching The Oaks Trail steel foot bridge and the nearby Ingles shopping center parking lot. Significant flooding of Veterans Park, River Trail Loop, Veterans Park Dr., and The Oaks Trail is ongoing.
10 Minor Flood Stage. Veterans Park flooding continues. Sections of River Trail Loop and The Oaks Trail are flooding. Veterans Park Dr. may be starting to flood.
9 Action Stage. The Swannanoa River is exceeding its banks and flooding adjacent low-lying areas including parts of Veterans Park.
