102 MINOR FLOODING BEGINS. DOCKS AND BUSINESSES ALONG THE SHORELINE BEGIN TO FLOOD. CAMP CANAAN ON FEWELL ISLAND DOWNSTREAM OF DAM WILL LIKELY NEED TO BE EVACUATED.
