24.8 EXPECT RECORD FLOODING WITH EXTENSIVE DAMAGE.
21 NEAR RECORD FLOODING WILL BE OBSERVED WITH WATER 7 FEET DEEP IN THE LOWER PART OF TOWN.
16.5 FLOODING OF BUSINESSES ALONG MAIN STREET WILL CONTINUE WITH MOST BUILDINGS HAVING ATLEAST 2 FOOT OF WATER IN THEM.
13 MAJOR FLOODING...WATER IN THE TOWN OF MARSHALL WILL BE AROUND 1.5 FT DEEP. FLOODING WILL COMPARE TO LEVELS THAT OCCURRED ON SEPTEMBER 17 2004.
11.3 MOST BUILDINGS IN THE TOWN OF MARSHALL WILL BE FLOODED. FLOODING AT THIS LEVEL WILL BE SIMILAR TO THE FLOODING ON SEPTEMBER 8 2004.
10 MODERATE FLOODING. FLOODING ALONG ROLLINS AND HAYES CREEK ROADS WILL OCCUR. PARTS OF THE TOWN OF MARSHALL WILL BE FLOODED. A 10 OR 11 FT CREST AT MARSHALL WILL RESULT IN A 12 TO 14 FOOT CREST AT HOT SPRINGS.
9 THE RIVER WILL BE CLOSE TO THE TOP OF THE RAILROAD TRACKS AND START TO FLOOD AREAS BETWEEN HIGHWAY 70 AND THE RIVER. FLOODING OF BUILDINGS ALONG BACK STREET AND ON BLENNERHASSETT ISLAND WILL BEGIN. A 9 FOOT CREST AT MARSHALL WILL RESULT IN A CREST OF AROUND 12 FEET AT HOT SPRINGS.
8 FLOOD STAGE. THE RIVER BEGINS TO FLOOD SOME BUILDINGS ON BLENNERHASSETT ISLAND AND APPROACHS HOMES ALONG ISLAND ROAD. ROLLINS ISLAND WILL BEGIN TO FLOOD. THE RIVER WILL APPRAOCH THE RAILROAD TRACKS IN THE BACK STREET AREA. AN 8 FT CREST AT MARSHALL WILL RESULT IN A CREST OF 8 TO 10 FEET AT HOT SPRINGS.
7 WATER WILL APPROACH BUILDINGS ON BLENNERHASSETT ISLAND AND BACKWATER ON HAYS CREEK WILL CAUSE PARTS OF ROLLINS ROAD TO BEGIN TO FLOOD.
6 BROAD OVERFLOW OF THE BANKS INTO LOW LYING AREAS OF BLENMERHASSETT ISLAND AND ALONG PARTS OF ISLAND ROAD WILL OCCURR. A 6 FT CREST AT MARHSALL WILL RESULT IN A 9 TO 10 FT CREST AT HOT SPRINGS.
5.7 THE RIVER STARTS TO FLOOD LOW LYING AREAS ON BLENNERHASSETT ISLAND. LOW LYING AREAS ALONG HAYES RUN CREEK IN THE ROLLLINS AREA WILL BEGIN TO FLOOD.
4.2 BANKFULL STAGE. A CREST OF 4.5 FT AT THE MARSHALL GAGE WILL RESULT IN A CREST OF AROUND 7 FT AT HOT SPRINGS.
2.8 A THIS LEVEL WITH RIVER ICE BUILDING UP BEHIND THE CAPITOLA DAM...MINOR FLOODING ALONG ROLLINS ROAD NEAR HAYNES RUN WILL OCCURR. CAMP TRAILERS WILL NEED TO BE MOVED.
