Flood Impacts & Photos Collapse
28 Major lowland flooding begins with large areas of East Bernard inundated. The medical center is isolated and water is in numerous homes. FM 2919 is inundated and closed and the east approaches to the U.S. Hwy 90A bridge at the gage are inundated. The river will be close to one half mile wide in the vicinity of the gage.
23 Moderate lowland flooding begins as water inundates roads in the southeast part of East Bernard. Roads in to the Medical Center are threatened. FM 2919 below the gage floods and there is significant backwater flooding up Britt Branch and Bratcher Slough.
17 Minor lowland flooding begins in the vicinity of the gage with minor roads along the river inundated. Backwater flooding up Britt Branch and Bratcher Slough begins.
