49.5 Water enters the highest grain bin at Oakley Grain at Yellow Bend.
44 Water is on the levees in the Arkansas City area. Trailers evacuated from the hunting club on Huntington Point Mississippi due to high water. All of the land inside levee protection is inundated.
42 Approaching the first structure at the Donaldson Point Hunting Club.
41 River cuts off access to the Oakley Grain at Yellow Bend.
40 The low silt plain in front of Arkansas City and Huntington Point Mississippi is underwater and several river access roads are impassable.
