10.11 (Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW)) The level reached on October 30, 2012 during Post Tropical Cyclone Sandy.
9.77 (MLLW) The level reached on September 17, 1999 during Hurricane Floyd.
9.36 (MLLW) The level reached on May 1, 2014.
9.22 (MLLW) The level reached on October 29, 2021.
9.2 (MLLW) MAJOR FLOODING. At this level, widespread roadway flooding begins near the Christina River and its tidal tributaries from Christiana to Newport. Vulnerable homes and businesses may be damaged as water levels rise further above this threshold. Numerous roads become impassable and some neighborhoods may be isolated. The flood waters become a danger to anyone who attempts to cross on foot or in a vehicle.
8.2 (MLLW) MODERATE FLOODING. At this level, additional roadways near the Christina River and its tidal tributaries from Christiana to Newport begin to flood. Lives may be at risk when people put themselves in harm's way. Some damage to vulnerable structures may begin to occur. COASTAL FLOOD WARNING LEVEL.
7.8 (MLLW) Flooding begins along the Christina River from Christiana to Newport. Flooding begins along the lower reaches of the White Clay Creek and the Red Clay Creek (around Stanton and Glenville) where they merge to enter the Christina River.
7.5 (MLLW) COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY LEVEL.
7.2 (MLLW) MINOR FLOODING.
