46 Above 46 feet, expect major flooding of some residences and buildings along the lower Clackamas River, including the mobile home park just downstream of Carver Bridge.
42 Above 42.0 ft, expect flooding of parks, agricultural land, and low-lying areas along the lower Clackamas River from the Carver Bridge down to the confluence with the Willamette.
39 Above 39.0 ft, expect minor flooding of low areas along the lower Clackamas River, including Clackamette Park, the Oregon City shopping center, and some agricultural land downstream of Carver Bridge.
