32 Above 32.0 ft, expect major flooding of roads and structures. Numerous road closures can be expected.
29 Above 29.0 ft, expect widespread flooding of the lowland agricultural lands upstream from Falls City and Maple Grove to the confluence with the Willamette River. Also expect flooding and possible closure of numerous secondary roads near the river.
27 Above 27.0 ft, expect flooding of low lying and agricultural lands in the vicinity of Sarah Helmick State Park, Highway 99W, and Parker Road. Some secondary roads and rural access roads may be flooded at this point. Flooding along Buena Vista Rd near the confluence with the Willamette is also likely, especiallly if the Willamette is running high.
25 At 25.0 ft, the river is at bankfull level. There may be some areas where water is spilling out of the banks in the vicinity of Sarah Helmick State Park, Highway 99W, and Parker Road.
