24.27 Record flood crest of June 2006. Widespread severe flooding occurs, similar to 2011. The Village potable water wells are potentially compromised by flood waters.
24.21 Flood crest of September 2011. Severe flooding of numerous residences and businesses occurs along Main Street in the Village of Windsor. Water floods Route 79 in the north end of the village, including the Middle School basement and the Quick Check Citgo parking lot. Numerous residences on Grove Street west of the Route 79 intersection flood from groundwater. Route 79 at Exit 79 becomes impassible.
23 Bus garage on Main Street in the Village floods. Flood water rises about two-thirds of the way into parking lot toward Main Street. Several homes are flooded along Route 79 in the north end of the Village of Windsor. Main Street near old Exit 79 floods.
21.2 Flood crest of January 1996. Village Department of Public Works and the water pumphouse floods.
20.5 Major flood stage. Fordway Road along the river becomes inundated. Flooding affects a large farmstead on Route 79, just south of the middle school, and floods many residential back lawns along the river. Significant basement flooding occurs in homes along Main Street from groundwater intrusion.
19.5 Pine crest Campground on route 79 floods.
19 Moderate flood stage. Residences on Bridge Street flood. Golden Oaks Golf Course on the east side of Route 79 floods.
18 Residential basement flooding occurs on Bridge Street.
17 Flood stage. Flooding of agricultural lands near the river occurs. Water threatens homes on Bridge Street in the Village of Windsor.
