21 Water seeps through the walls of an apartment complex on Wedgewood Drive and Dey Street requiring evacuations. Evacuations also occur at the Pauchaug river commons condominium complex and River Run townhouses on south Main Street due to rising water.
20 Water in basements of numerous residences on School Street, Main Street, Soule Street, Railroad Avenue and Mathewson Street.
17.5 Norman Road and banjo Sullivan Road are closed with water covering the roadway.
