In Lewiston, 3 feet of water covers portions of Lincoln Street as well as River Street at Oxford Street. In Auburn, water rises over the banking behind Rolodrome on Riverside Drive.

Center Street in Auburn flooded near North River Road. Flooding of numerous properties off Main Street, Newbury Street, and Riverside Drive in Auburn. In Lewiston, flooded roads include Oxford Street at Cedar Street, River Street at Oxford Street, Nel Court, Tall Pines Drive from North Woods to Strawberry Avenue, Switzerland Road at St. Peter's Cemetery to Gulf Island Avenue, Lincoln Drive and Lincoln Terrace, and River Road at Ferry Road.

Water rises up to the foundations of homes on Newbury Street in Auburn. In Lewiston, flooding occurs on Lincoln Street and Tall Pines Drive. North River Road flooded. Water up to Route 108 in Livermore, with extensive flooding on River Road.
