20 This is the top of the levee protection for Troy. A river stage of this level would well exceed the flood of record, with widespread inundation through Troy and outlying areas along the river.
18.5 While the levee protected areas of Troy are protected to 20 feet, significant flooding of homes and businesses both south and north of Troy along Route 25A. This extends from near Eldean to near the county fairgrounds, and then along 25A south of South Market Street. On the east bank of the river, extensive flooding between route 202 and the river occurs.
16 Numerous homes and businesses are flooded with several feet of water along route 25A near the County Fairgrounds north of Troy. Within the levee protected areas of Troy...property is protected to a stage of 20 feet.
15 Some homes and businesses are flooded by as much as 1 foot of water along route 25A near the County Fairground north of Troy. Within the levee protected areas of of Troy...structures are protected to a stage of 20 feet.
14.5 Flooding of some homes and businesses occurs north of Troy near the county fairgrounds, with extensive flooding ongoing along Route 25A. Within the levee protected areas of Troy, protection exists to a stage of 20 feet.
13.5 Flooding occurs along County Road 25A south of Troy and Tipp-Elizabeth Road near Tipp City. Additionally, property along the 1700 block of North County Road 25A also begins to flood. Within the levee protected areas of of Troy...structures are protected to a stage of 20 feet.
12 Tipp-Elizabeth Road floods between Tipp City and Ohio 202. Water approaches County Road 25A outside of Troy and near Tipp City. The City of Troy is protected by flood walls and levees to stages of 20 feet.
