32 damaging flooding of farms and suburban homes occurs in the Bird Creek floodplain from Barnsdall to Skiatook. Southside streets in Avant are flooded. Highway 11 between Avant and Skiatook is closed. This is an extremely dangerous and life threatening situation.
29 flooding of farms and suburban homes occurs in the Bird Creek floodplain between Barnsdall and Skiatook. Stretches of Highway 11 between Avant and Skiatook are impassable. This is an extremely dangerous and life threatening situation.
