  Water up to Jasper Drive, Bourge Roads, and Albin Avenue.
  At 12.0 feet, Several properties surrounded by floodwaters along
  Riverside Drive and Bachelder Road with damages likely to items
  not moved to higher ground. Water up to properties on Jasper Drive
  in Allenstown. Floodwaters encroach onto low lying properties of
  Kings Towne Park in Epsom.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:15 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 6.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
