  pasturelands begins. Cattle in low lying areas should be moved to
  higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 23.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and crest around 25.4 feet
    Saturday morning. The river is forecast to fall below flood
    stage Monday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
