National Weather Service Albuquerque NM

...SNOW FOR THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY...

.A deep tap of moisture moving into New Mexico combined with an
approaching storm system will bring widespread rain and snow to
the area. Snow levels will slowly fall to near 6,500 feet tonight through
Sunday as colder air arrives from the west. Several inches of
snow are likely across the Chuska, Sangre de Cristo, Tusas, and
Jemez mountains. Snow will taper off Sunday evening as the storm
system pulls away into the Great Plains and strong west winds fill
in through the state.
