  Southern Clark County in central Wisconsin...

* Until 130 PM CDT Friday.

* At 124 PM CDT, local law enforcement continued to observe an ice
  jam just downstream from the Highway 95 bridge on the Black River.
  Ice chunks were on Resewood Avenue. Due to this, the road is
  closed.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
