EVENING...

* WHAT...Northwest winds to 35 mph with gusts to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Much of central and parts of northwestern North Dakota.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM CST/8 PM MST/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Patchy blowing snow may develop over areas
  where snow recently fell but has not crusted over. Be prepared for
  the potential of reduced visibility. Falling temperatures through
  the day will also result in frigid wind chills developing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
