...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1100 PM MDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN WASHINGTON AND SOUTHEASTERN LOGAN COUNTIES...

At 1042 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles northwest of Burdett to 9 miles north of
Platner, or along a line extending from 17 miles southeast of
Sterling to 13 miles northeast of Akron, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings. People and animals outdoors
         will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding,
         windows, and vehicles.

Locations impacted include...
Lone Star and Burdett.

* At 1023 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles northwest
  of Wiggins, or 18 miles west of Fort Morgan, moving northeast at 30
  mph.

  HAZARD...Golf ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles.

* Locations impacted include...
  Wiggins, Jackson Reservoir, Orchard, Weldona and Goodrich.

* At 1048 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles north of
  Roggen, or 24 miles southeast of Greeley, moving northeast at 25
  mph. Another severe thunderstorm was located near Keenesburg, also
  moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Golf ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles.

* Locations impacted include...
  Keenesburg, Prospect Valley, Riverside Reservoir and Roggen.

  Morgan County in northeastern Colorado...

* Until 100 AM MDT.

* At 1004 PM MDT, thunderstorms producing heavy rain were located
  along a line extending from 7 miles north of Hillrose to 5 miles
  southeast of Dacono, or along a line extending from 18 miles
  northeast of Fort Morgan to 19 miles north of Denver. Movement is
  stationary, but individual storms were moving northeast around 20
  mph. Between one half and two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Fort Morgan, Fort Lupton, Brush, Lochbuie, Hudson, Keenesburg,
  Wiggins, Log Lane Village, Hillrose, Antelope Springs, Weldona,
  Jackson Reservoir, Orchard, Prospect Valley, Riverside Reservoir,
  Snyder, Milton Reservoir, Goodrich and Roggen.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches will occur with the stronger,
repetetive storms.  This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
