High pressure will settle into the coastal plains of south Texas tonight. With light winds and clear skies, the environment will be ideal for radiational cooling. Temperatures are expected to fall into the lower 30s across the northern Brush Country, northern Coastal Bend and Victoria Crossroads. Some drainage areas over McMullen and Live Oak Counties will be the most favorable region for freezing temperatures to occur for a few hours early Monday morning, with brief freezing temperatures possible in the other areas specified. Freeze conditions will kill sensitive vegetation and potentially damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. $$ TMT
