Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...McKean, Warren, Cambria and Somerset Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and reduced visibility.
