...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST
TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 10 inches.
  Winds gusting as high as 40 to 45 mph this afternoon and
  evening will cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central and northwest
  Minnesota.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be slow this morning. There may be a lull
  in activity early this afternoon, before the windy period
  begins. Areas of blowing and drifting snow will significantly
  reduce the visibility this afternoon and evening. Cold wind
  chills as low as 20 below zero late tonight could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
