...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 9 PM CST
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Near blizzard conditions in open country at times. Winds
  gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and
  northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...From 11 AM to 9 PM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce
  visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening
  commute. Cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a 30 percent chance for widespread
  and consistent blizzard conditions in open country. This will
  happen if snow showers develop behind the cold front.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.
