...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO
7 AM CDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to one
  inch. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Iowa, northeast
  Nebraska and southeast South Dakota.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 7 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the evening commute. Strong winds could
  cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

...Areas of Dense Fog possible into the Afternoon...

Satellite and web cameras continue to indicate areas of fog
across portions of northwest Iowa and southwestern Minnesota.
Visibility may occasionally drop below 1/2 mile in dense fog.
Conditions are expected to improve heading into the afternoon as
winds increase from the northwest. Be prepared for rapid
reductions in visibilities.
