Foggy travel will once again be encountered across western North
Carolina, Upstate South Carolina, and Northeast Georgia.
Visibilities of a quarter mile or less can be expected in some
locations. Those traveling this morning should stay alert to
rapidly changing visibilities in patchy dense fog over short
distances. Slow down, use low beam headlights, and allow extra
braking distance.
