...The National Weather Service in Huntsville AL has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Alabama...

  Paint Rock River NEAR Woodville affecting Madison, Jackson and
  Marshall Counties.

For the PAINT ROCK RIVER...including Woodville...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued late tonight at 300 AM CST.

  the Paint Rock River NEAR Woodville.
* From Saturday afternoon to late Sunday night.
* At 2:00 PM CST Friday the stage was 7.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
  tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 15.5 feet Sunday morning. It will
  then fall below flood stage late Sunday evening.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet, Flood waters affect mostly bottomland along
  the river...including low lying farm and pasturelands.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 15.5
  feet on 05/17/1968.
