...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in South
Carolina...

  Waccamaw At Conway affecting Horry County.

  Black Creek At Quinby affecting Florence and Darlington Counties.

  Lynches At Effingham affecting Florence County.

For the Waccamaw River...including Above Conway, Conway, Aiw At old
Hwy 544 At Socastee, Freeland, Longs...Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Black Creek...including Quinby...Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Lynches River...including Effingham...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...The Flood Warning is now in effect until Tuesday morning...

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Black Creek At Quinby.
* Until Tuesday morning.
* At 8:00 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
  at 8:00 PM EDT Sunday was 13.4 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
  tomorrow evening and continue falling to 7.3 feet Friday evening.
* Impact...At 12.5 feet, Floodwaters continue to rise on Creekside
  Drive and East Black Creek Road with water nearing a few homes.
  Homes along East Black Creek Road become isolated and residents
  must use boats to exit the neighborhood.

* At 8:00 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 14.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
  at 8:00 PM EDT Sunday was 14.5 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
  tomorrow morning and continue falling to 11.1 feet Friday evening.
* Impact...At 14.0 feet, Flooding will affect low lying areas along
  the river.
