...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Mississippi...Louisiana...

  Mississippi River At Vicksburg affecting Madison and Tensas
  Parishes and Jefferson, Claiborne and Warren Counties.

  Mississippi River At Natchez affecting Concordia Parish and
  Wilkinson and Adams Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Forecast includes rainfall on the ground and 48 hours of additional
rainfall.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Mississippi River At Vicksburg.
* Until Friday evening.
* At 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 44.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 43.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river has crested and is expected to fall below
  flood stage early Friday morning.
* Impact...At 44.6 feet, Residence on Williams Street in Vicksburg
  begins to flood.
