At 921 PM EDT, the 911 center for the city of Baltimore reported
numerous roads closed due to high water. The heaviest rain has
ended, but high water will remain in places through this evening.

Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Baltimore, Pikesville, Middle River, Sparrows Point, Back River,
Dundalk, Towson, Catonsville, Essex, Woodlawn, Randallstown,
Parkville, Owings Mills, Carney, Milford Mill, Perry Hall,
Reisterstown, Lochearn, Arbutus and Rosedale.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Monocacy River near Frederick.
* From early Wednesday morning until further notice.
* At 6 PM Sunday the stage was 17.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Recent activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at
  6 PM Sunday was 17.1 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 17.5 feet by
  early this evening then begin falling.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet...Significant lowland flooding is occurring
  along the river, with backwater flooding also occurring. Numerous
  roads are closed. Water is approaching the parking lot at Gambrill
  Mill on the Monocacy National Battlefield. Backwater flooding from
  Carroll Creek is likely approaching the underside of the bridge
  leading to the Frederick city wastewater treatment plant.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 16.5 feet
  on Feb 25 2016.

...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EDT
MONDAY...

* LOCATIONS...Shoreline in the District of Columbia.

* TIDAL DEPARTURE...One to two feet above normal.

* TIMING...Around the time of high tide Monday morning. High tide
  is at 5:34 AM Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Shoreline inundation is expected along portions of
  the seawall adjacent to Ohio Drive and the Hains Point Loop
  Road, and near the Tidal Basin and Jefferson Memorial. Minor
  shoreline inundation up to one foot above ground is possible
  elsewhere.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Coastal Flood Advisory indicates that onshore winds and tides
will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore.

* TIDAL DEPARTURE...Around 1.5 feet above normal.

* TIMING...Around the time of high tide tonight. High tide at
  Annapolis is at 3:17 AM Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Water is expected to pond in the parking lot at
  Annapolis City Dock, causing parking restrictions in the area.
  Minor shoreline inundation up to one foot above ground is
  possible elsewhere.
