The Flood Watch continues for * Portions of East Arkansas...North Mississippi and West Tennessee, including the following areas, in East Arkansas, Crittenden, Cross, Lee AR, Phillips and St. Francis. In North Mississippi, Alcorn, Benton MS, Coahoma, DeSoto, Lafayette, Marshall, Panola, Prentiss, Quitman, Tate, Tippah, Tishomingo, Tunica and Union. In West Tennessee, Benton TN, Carroll, Chester, Decatur, Fayette, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Madison, McNairy, Shelby and Tipton. * Through late tonight * Periods of moderate to heavy rainfall onto saturated soils may cause flooding. * Low-lying areas may flood, creeks and streams may overflow their banks.
