...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM CDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi,
  Southeast Missouri and West Tennessee.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
  result.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, Southeast Missouri and West
  Tennessee, including the following counties, in East Arkansas,
  Clay, Craighead, Cross, Greene, Mississippi and Poinsett. In
  Southeast Missouri, Dunklin and Pemiscot. In West Tennessee, Dyer,
  Lake, Obion and Weakley.

* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are
  possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A stalled front with numerous showers and thunderstorms will
    drape across portions of northeast Arkansas, the Missouri
    Bootheel and northwest Tennessee today. Low pressure will
    track along the stalled front this evening with additional
    showers and thunderstorms. Rainfall amounts of 3 to 4 inches
    are possible in the watch area, with isolated higher amounts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
