...DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS OVERNIGHT ACROSS PORTIONS OF WEST AND
SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA...

.Dangerous wind chills of 25 to 30 degrees below zero will are
expected to develop after midnight across portions of west and
south central Minnesota. Temperatures will improve after sunrise,
but hazardous wind chills are still expected through 9 AM.

CST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as
  35 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest and west
  central Minnesota.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
  on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
