Freezing rain is possible. Additional snow accumulations of up to 3 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze. Visibility one half mile or less at times. West winds gusting 40 mph. * WHERE...Over Steese Highway summits. * WHEN...Until 6 AM AKDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult with very low visibility at times. Large snow drifts will form. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow and blowing snow, combined with west winds gusting to 40 mph will cause low visibility at times over Eagle and Twelvemile Summits on the Steese Highway.
