...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow continues. Storm total snow accumulations of 5
  to 8 inches. Isolated higher amounts possible. Winds gusting as
  high as 45 mph. Wind chill values as low as 10 degrees below
  zero during the day.

* WHERE...Southeast Webster, Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast
  Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
  will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the morning commute. Isolated power outages will
  also be possible due to gusty winds bringing down trees or
  limbs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
