  Black Vermillion River at Frankfort affecting Marshall County
  Fancy Creek near Randolph affecting Riley County

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety Message...Do not drive into flooded areas. Shallow flowing
water can wash a car from the roadway. Also, the roadbed may be
washed out under the water.

* At 10:15 PM Wednesday the stage was 54.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 54.5 feet by this
  morning then begin falling.
* Impact...At 26.0 feet...Minor lowland flooding occurs from
  Marysville to Tuttle Creek Lake.

* Impact...At 16.0 feet...Low lying areas along the creek flood.

* Impact...At 19.0 feet...Minor flooding of lowland areas occurs along
  the river from Vermillion to the mouth of the Black Vermillion
  River.

  continues in Valley Falls due to high water levels on the Delaware
  River.

  Valley Falls.
