- 25 - In Grundy, US Route 460 in front of the Walmart floods.
- 24 - In Grundy, the Main Street floodwall is overtopped and floods the old business district. In Tookland, many of the homes along VA Route 617 flood due to backwater into Little Prater Creek.
- 23 - In Vansant, homes next to the Food City flood along with more sections of US Route 460 above the gage.
- 21 - In Tookland, homes along Pendulum Road flood due to backwater into Little Prater Creek. In Vansant, homes along Lumber Road flood.
- 20.5 - In Vansant, homes and structures along US Route 460 approximately 0.15 miles just above the gage begin to flood.
- 20 - In Grundy, the Main Street bridge floods along with a church and homes along Anchorage Circle. In Poetown, sections of US Route 460 flood.
- 19 - In Grundy, businesses along US Route Business 460 flood.
- 18.5 - In Deel, low sections of US Route 460 flood.
- 17 - In Vansant, Lumber Road floods. The VA Route 83 underpass next to the gauge floods due to backwater into Big Prater Creek.
- 15 - In Vansant, VA Route 732 begins to flood. Low lying areas along the river begin to flood.
