Flood Impacts
- 10 - At 10 feet, water could impact Bees Ferry Road and the bridge across Church Creek. Widespread and extensive significant flooding of roads and homes will occur across the Church Creek basin including Shadowmoss and surrounding neighborhoods.
- 7.83 - At 7.83 feet, Church Creek will exceed the height reached as a result of heavy rainfall associated with Tropical Storm Irma on September 11th, 2017.
- 7.5 - At 7.5 feet, flooding will continue to expand and impact homes along Winners Circle. Numerous homes will likely be flooded within the Church Creek basin including the Shadowmoss neighborhood.
