- 12 - Moderate Flood Stage (Considerable Damage Threat): Significant inundation of the basement of the vacant Red Minnow Restaurant is beginning. Significant inundation of Brickyard Rd, Horse Farm Rd, and Winns Mill Rd is ongoing.
- 11.5 - Minor Flood Stage continues (Base Damage Threat): Beaverdam Creek is flooding the lower-level parking lot and the basement of the vacant Red Minnow Restaurant with up to 12 inches of inundation. Significant flooding of Horse Farm Rd with inundation greater than 12-18 inches deep, is ongoing. Flooding of Beaverdam Rd and Winns Mill Rd is increasing with inundation approaching 12 inches deep.
