  • 23 - Major Flood Stage. (Stage of 25.5 for co-located County ALERT stream gage.) Major flood inundation in town; travel along local roadways likely impossible and very dangerous. Major damage to local businesses and homes. Water is above guard rail on Lagunitas Road bridge.
  • 20 - Moderate Flood Stage. (Stage of 22.5 for co-located County ALERT stream gage.) Lagunitas Road bridge is overtopped, and 1 to several feet of flood waters inundate local businesses, residences, and roadways.
  • 17 - Minor Flood Stage. (Stage of 19.5 feet for co-located County ALERT stream gage.) Backwatering begins at Lagunitas Road bridge, with minor flooding near Town Hall and Fire Station. NWS will issue a Flash Flood Warning if not yet already issued.
