5 Flooding comparable to Hurricane Irene in 2011. Most streets in downtown Columbia will be flooded. Flooding of much of Main Street to Columbia High School. Flooding of many streets adjacent to the Albemarle Sound on the north end of town from Legion Beach Road to Rhodes Haven Drive.
3 Many roads flooded along and north of Main Street along and west of North Road Street.
2 Main Street will begin to flood up to Elm Street. Flooding of Green Street near Godfrey Ave and North Virginia Street. Church Street will be flooded. Flooding near Ludington Drive south of the Tyrrell County Visitors Center, and of Cypress Cove Marina can be expected.
1.5 Water will begin to encroach homes and businesses along creeks near the west end of Green Street, Godfrey Ave, and North Water Street. Flooding of low lying areas around Cypress Cove Marina.
