Flood Impacts 🅘

  • 16 - Major flooding begins and inundates the woodlands and fields upstream and downstream from the gage at Spalding Drive. The water level reaches the top of the Spalding Drive bridge causing severe erosion and potentially a washout. A large portion of Spalding Drive is flooded around a one foot deep. County officials will close the bridge and road.
  • 15 - Significant flooding continues mainly on the left bank upstream and downstream from the gage at Spalding Drive. The Spalding Drive bridge forms an obstacle and acts like a dam causing some backwater and erosion eddies to the sides of the bridge. A portion of Spalding Drive just west of the bridge begins to flood. County officials will likely close the bridge and road.
  • 14 - Moderate flooding begins. Significant flooding occurs mainly on the left bank upstream and downstream from the gage at Spalding Drive. The Spalding Drive bridge begins to form an obstacle and act like a dam causing some backwater and erosion eddies to the sides of the bridge. County officials may need to close it.
