Flood Impacts 🅘

  • 19 - Major flooding begins. Widespread inundation flooding affects the woodlands and several homes along the creek upstream and downstream from the gage on Flat Shoals Road. Flood waters are 4 to 6 feet deep in some homes on Flat Shoals Road...Battlecrest Drive and the Tabernacle Faith Christian Church. Most of the structures near the creek will be cutoff and surrounded by water. The flood waters will reach the bottom of the Flat Shoals Road bridge and city officials may need to close it.
  • 17 - Moderate flooding continues to expand further into the woodlands and affect some homes along the creek upstream and downstream from the gage on Flat Shoals Road. Flood waters are 2 to 4 feet deep in a few homes on Flat Shoals Road...Battlecrest Drive and the Tabernacle Faith Christian Church. Some structures near the creek will become cutoff and surrounded by water.
  • 15 - Moderate flooding expands further into the woodlands and yards of homes along the creek upstream and downstream from the gage on Flat Shoals Road. Flood waters begin to enter low portions of a few homes on Flat Shoals Road...Battlecrest Drive and the Tabernacle Faith Christian Church. The property and parking lot behind the church will be flooded with several feet of water.
